This week we will begin to focus on our final research project by creating an outline of your initial research and what you plan to cover in your final Strategic HR Plan.
Prepare an outline of what you plan to cover in your research paper. Your outline should also include a sentence or two (with citations) regarding content and direction in each section. I. Introduction

C. Background of the problem
II. Main body – Section 1 (Include In-text Citations)
A. Extent of problem

A. Cited using proper APA formatting
Please note that each section should include in-text citations to support your points. You must include in-text citations that are timely (no more than 3 years old). Furthermore, at least two of your in-text citations should be from scholarly, peer-reviewed sources. The goal of an outline is to be brief. Therefore, multiple paragraphs are not needed. Please use bullet points and adhere to the above format.
