So, we as a group of four people had to make a presentation in 2 and a half hours. The product we had to randomly pick out of a packet and the product we picked was surf washing pods. As a group we came up with a problem statement and we each divided work and worked on different questions. For example, Grigorii worked on question 1. Vasudha worked on question 2 and Osama and I (Nathan) worked on question 3. I have attached the ppt called “Assessment 2 presentation” which we worked on for your reference. I have also attached a document called “instructions” for you to know what to do. This all comes under part 1 of the instructions document which is completed. Then we had to present the PowerPoint we created which is part 2 of the instructions document also completed. YOUR JOB IS TO DO PART 3 which is Individual reflection not more than 1000 words. All information is there so read part 3 carefully. There is a list of 17 ideas you can use. You don’t have to answer all but use a few to help in the reflection as it is only 1000 words. Read the marking criteria to understand how the reflection is graded. I have also attached my “Belbin report” which would help in idea no 4. I have attached another ppt called “Support for Individual report” that gives more in detail to help you write the reflection. It includes examples of extracts of reflection, models on team work that can support the reflection like Belbin, kolbs learning cycle, gibbs reflective cycle and a lot more. Based on the information in the instructions, I feel you would only need to provide in text citations and Harvard references for the models used to reflect.
