Obtain two comprehensive plans from two different local municipalities and critique the plans using Kelly (2010) text. This paper will examine the plans involving, topics covered in the text, for example: Land use planning, Transportation planning, Environmental planning, housing, Park and Open-Space Planning as well as other topics discussed in the text must be investigated. Your format will follow the outline of the plans that are being critiqued. The original plans which are being used for critique comparison and contrasting must be submitted along with the critique.
The critique of the two comprehensive plans will be assessed by the student’s ability to analyze the gaps found in the community plans.
