9. How does this nurse describe their professional and personal roles.
10. How did the APRN acquire their current position.
I completed the majority of my clinical hours at TVP while in the PNP program. I left a resume on my last day of clinical and was called back for an interview.

A professional provider that listens and addresses concerns.
d. What does their employer expect?
Excellent customer service. Even in medical practice we offer a service. Good communication. Working well with others. Meeting needs of patients
e. How do the above role expectations conflict with each other?
Some times I feel like the patients come in expectations of care that I do not necessary think are appropriate or best practice treatment. So it is important to communicate and education parents/patients
12. What are the major barriers to practice in this advanced practice specialty?
Insurance! Resources for patients, low income and limited education populations
13. If YOU had the opportunity to acquire this advanced practice role/position, how would YOU emulate this nurse?
