3. Many States Have Begun to Decriminalize the Possession of Certain Drugs like Marijuana; Is this a Great Idea?
For this discussion, write a paragraph of 10 sentences or more and no less than 200 words where you include the following information:
State the topic that you chose.
State two reasons why you chose that topic.
State who will benefit from reading your paper and why.
In a separate sentence, write your Thesis Statement for you paper. It must include three subtopics that you will develop in your body paragraphs.
