This is a 5+ page paper about a movement from the era between the 1960s and 1970s in U.S.
I chose to talk about LSD and/or the legalization of marijuana
Must include
– Short background of LSD and Marijuana (ex…they were used for medical purposes in ancient time..brought in U.S..on 1900s)
– Association with the Hippies and the Beats (ex…the book “The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test”, and the legalization of marijuana of the hippies)
– Why they are used in the time era….some political reasons behind it (ex…They weren’t used only to make people high.)
– Government restrictions over Drugs in 1970s (Presidont Nixon’s war against drug)
– Some incidents around drug and Marijuana (You can write this or not…but I’m sure that there would be some incidents around these drugs)
– Interesting opening, with a conclusion of the overall role of the drugs in the 1960s and the 1970s.
