You will imagine that you have unlimited power and resources and can provide the necessary leadership to end the COVID-19 pandemic. There are two components to this assignment:
What actions would you take immediately to address the COVID-19 pandemic? Why?
What long term changes would you implement to address the consequences of this pandemic AND the high probability of another pandemic in the near future? Why?
Submissions may take multiple forms: a short story, a journal, a podcast, a newspaper article, an essay or a power point presentation. Use course materials and additional research as necessary and decide for yourself how to integrate (or not) the two sections. Remember this assignment is worth 30% of your final mark so you must put serious effort into your submission.
Written submissions should not be less that 1800 words. For all assignments, it is essential that you present your information clearly and concisely; that you use appropriate sources (i.e. academic and trustworthy); and that you cite your sources correctly.
