1. Throughout this class we have discussed where knowledge comes from and who has access to it. Using at least two examples from class (Luther, Galileo, Copernicus, Descartes, etc.), explain how peoples’ perception of knowledge and their access to knowledge changed from the Middle Ages through the Enlightenment. How did peoples’ access to knowledge change over time? Who had authority over knowledge and how did this change over time?
