This assignment asks you to take what you have learned about interdisciplinary research in environmental studies and review the final book we’re reading in class, Gwen Ottinger’s Refining Expertise. Drawing from readings across the course, you are tasked with accounting for Ottinger’s argumentative framework, data, method, and theory, as well as offering your own position on the research and where you think future studies can build on this project.
