The importance of knowledge generation and bridging the gaps in research and practice are reinforced within the context of nursing and clinical informatics. Evidence hierarchies and quantitative and qualitative research are reviewed in addition to translational research pathways. For your post, please choose one of the online evidence-based resources in Table 23-1 ( McGonigle & Mastrian, 2022, pp. 571-572) to assess and summarize.
