your IT Change Management Plan by evaluating the change impact and
organizational readiness for the new IT system you proposed in Week 1.
To prepare:
Review the ACMP’s The Standard for Change Management®, specifically Section 5.1.
By Day 7
Submit a document in which you:
Identify the key stakeholders who will be affected by the change.
Evaluate the change impact.
Analyze the alignment of the change with organizational strategic objectives.
Evaluate external factors that may affect organizational change.
Evaluate the organization’s culture related to the change.

Template (7th ed.) to complete this Assignment. Also, refer to the Week
2 Assignment Rubric for specific grading elements and criteria. Your
