T‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍hroughout this course, you have reflected on the process of incorporating new technology to a program. You have conducted a Needs Analysis that aligns to the current mission and goals of your organization or school. Then, you selected technology that will improve a program and developed a budget, timetable, professional development series, and lesson plans to implement the new technology. Now we reach the culmination of the project. For the final part of this project, you will complete a 1–2-page executive summary describing how every goal has been met through your Technology Implementation Plan (TIP). You must incorporate the instructor’s feedback from the previous parts of the TIP and revise accordingly. You will submit the completed TIP as one complete document along with a reference page cited in curr‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍ent APA format, including the sources used in the writing of the overall plan. Your TIP as a whole must incorporate at least five sources. You will be graded on both the Executive Summary individually and your TIP as a whole in this module. All sections of your TIP are now connected into a complete overview of a technology-embedded curriculum for a classroom, institution, or organization. The executive summary will provide a brief overview of each of your previous sections. In essence, this document sets the tone for the entire plan. See the TIP Sample for guidance. Build upon the TIP Template in which you have been using for your TIP. Note: I have attached the Technology Implementation Plan(TIP) therefore, you can write the executive summary from there. You need to reference the sample plan and the temp‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍late.
