Please embark on a research project that is directly related to an interest (except for cooking) of yours, particularly one that involves a specific skill. You will seek out a “hidden history” related to this interest of a marginalized group that has not been addressed in a documentary or a film. You will write a 5-7 page double spaced (minimum) paper about your findings, and how it has opened up your understanding of your interest.
