Research suggests that many managerial careers derail for lack of understanding how they are perceived at work. One way to become more attuned to your environment is to reflect on situations and learn/grow from them. This paper asks you to analyze a real-life situation that you encountered using class concepts and the assessments you took in class. Specifically, your paper should answer the following questions:
1. What is the situation you are analyzing?
2. Why do you think it is important to reflect on it?
3. Using class concepts and personal assessments, why did the situation unfold the way it did?
4. What, if anything, surprised you about how the situation unfolded?
5. Using class concepts and personal assessments, what did the situation teach you about your own behavior in and around organizations?
This paper should include a deep reflection of a significant real-life scenario from your past organizational involvement (school, club, job, church, etc.). In this paper, you should apply concepts from class in answering each of the five questions above. Your goal is not to hit a certain page limit. Rather, your goal is to deeply and insightfully address each of these questions in a manner that demonstrates both your understanding of the course concepts and an ability to reflect on your own experiences.

Use organizational behavior concepts such as burnout, stress, personality tests, diversity, etc. to explain my leadership in an NGO that I created and how I constantly faced challenges with other members. Please try to include more concepts. Personal assessments included a personality test, which resulted to be an ESTJ.
