My Capstone Change Project is an education initiative P: young adult population of Sonoma County, CA I: educate on the preventative measures against COVID-19 C: compared with middle to an older population who have not been vaccinated O: improve knowledge/awareness of the importance of preventative measures against the coronavirus T: Develop an education initiative targeting the young adult population in Sonoma County regarding the COVID-19 preventative measures including social distancing, hand hygiene, and obtaining the vaccine thereby improving awareness of the importance of preventative measures against the coronavirus. The current direction is focused more focusing on the importance of the vaccine.
