1. Interview a nurse leader in your community.
2. Then write a 3-5 page formal paper defining (give your rationale) the style(s) of leadership you feel this person utilizes.
3. Lastly, analyze which, if any, of these leadership styles might be incorporated into your own leadership.
This is to be a research-based project, so you need at least 3 references to support your thoughts. Proper APA formatting is required.
