For this project you will utilize your textbook, and AT LEAST THREE (3) CREDIBLE sources to help you choice a topic you are passionate about and create a PSA. (Your task is to create a script for the PSA.)
However you decide to use your creativity you should remain well organized, clear, and provide a reference page with the supporting materials you have used to research your content. I recommend a minimum of THREE (3) CREDIBLE sources.
Your project should include the following components:
Choice a cause/topic (Must focus on United States topics)
Be sure to research your cause/topic to ensure you are using correct information
eCreate written components:
1. summary on your cause/topic (One paragraph)
2. a paragraph on your target audience (One paragraph)
3. a paragraph on where you would submit your PSA (One paragraph)
4. a typed script (One page)
5. reference page (Last page)
Tips for your PSA:
-Is your cause/topic clear?
-Be creative without being offensive
-Please keep your language classroom appropriate/professional
-The goal is to get your audiences’ attention; try not to sound scripted (practice a few times before recording
-Keep your PSA under 1 minute and 30 seconds – remember you have a short amount of time to make a big impact
