1. Current issues in higher education and approaches to faculty development in higher education (e.g. post-pandemic and mental health/working conditions/wellness in faculty in higher education)
2. The role of mindfulness in changing perspectives and behavior, mindfulness in faculty development
3. How Needs, Values, and Beliefs motivate behavior (see A. Maslow’s work) and any publications looking at Maslow applied to faculty development
4. How radical self-acceptance and self-compassion help us develop
5. The role of intention and alignment in self-development + the role of alignment in teaching (see backward planning and constructive alignment)
6. Define “facilitation” and its role in faculty development
