A design proposal is to be done based off an already existing patent attached below. An alternative approach in building the apparatus presented in the patent is the main scope of this proposal. A sample proposal outline is attached below which should be followed as a guide closely as to what is expected in the final copy. Sections 1-3 , 7 and 8 are the only sections to be done. Sections 4-6 and 9 are to be ignored. Section 8 only consists of references to studies used in helping writing the proposal. The proposal instructions file has a descriiption of what each section and subsection should include. The numbering of the sections on the proposal instruction document is to be ignored as the budget figure was not included in that version of the instruction file. The budget figure is not to be done as it is listed as section 6 in the sample proposal.
