On Oct 4th, a writer completed an assignment 539582280 for me. I need the same writer to answer the following:
From the research paper attached I chose the following research question and hypothesis as per my instructor.
a)Research Question: How does being able to reside in a transitional living home impact school performance?
b) Hypothesis: Our hypothesis is that having the opportunity to stay in a transitional living program will lead to improved academic performance and fewer disciplinary actions and less absenteeism.
Now that the writer knows my research question and hypothesis presented to my instructor, please respond to question # 1.
1. Where did you get the data to assess academic performance. I understand the paper looks at GPA, but I’m not seeing that in the data available on the website, so I’m wondering where you got that from.
From the research paper attached, please respond:
2. State the name of the agency you will be evaluating.
3. Describe the research design your team will use for your Program-Level Evaluation project and explain why you chose it.

For your final assignment, look back at the Student Success Plan that you create

For your final assignment, look back at the Student Success Plan that you created in week one and monitored throughout the course. In a 2-3 page, plus appendix, APA-paper discuss the following:
1. What were the goals that you set for yourself? What was your plan for how to successfully meet these goals during this term?
2. In what areas were you able to follow this plan?
3. In what areas were you not able to follow it? What were the challenges?
4. Knowing what you know now, how would you revise this plan? Identify two things that you will revise in this plan before the next term starts.
5. Reflect on the areas of self-care, time management and professionalism. Discuss how each of these characteristics is critical to becoming an effective counselor. Why are they so important? Include supporting citations from the course textbook and at least one additional scholarly source (use peer-reviewed articles from the library).
As an appendix to your paper (this must be included with the paper, not as a separate document), submit the tracker (how much did you spend in class, studying, comparison of plan vs. actual time spent). Submit your completed version with the notes.

They say great people do not get old; they grow great,
Princess of a King and a Queen
I was born in the big city of dreams,
I almost gave up
I did not believe in myself
I thought I had already lost it
I was a wreck
I was broken
But they said trust the process
I started trusting the process
And I become an optimist and a big dreamer,
I have a vision,
I saw another reason to live
Vision to become someone,
And became someone’s parent ,
I knew I would move out of the big apple ,
And become a Queen cowgirl in a new town,
Make friends with new people,
And rule a new town,
Here I am celebrated
I fought a battle
I came
I won
Now! I am celebrated
They said a prophet is never famous in her home ground,
And I said hope should not die,
And it is not over until I win,
Winning is not an option,
And loosing is not my portion,
So, I said I must win
Today, I am a hero
I’ve traveled across the blue sea
Met new people
Learned new culture
And learned new languages
Meeting new people is beautiful
Trying new culture is amazing
Where could I have learned all this without traveling to new destinations
This is a life worth living
I’m glad I never gave up
And I have Conqueror
Giving up is for the weak
So, I tell you,
Don’t Give up
Fight your fight.
So I say hope should not die
Nobody knows when they will win
You may not win now
You may win later
But ultimately, you will win
This is the story of my life
So, I urge you all not to give up.

Create a PERT Chart: Provide tasks, general timelines, and a responsible person for each team assignment (PSA, Advocacy Plan, and Grant). This section should discuss the process for planning and completing each assignment.
 PSA Video – The team will be required to address and establish a media presence to enhance funding opportunities within their assigned organization. Furthermore, in times of crisis, the public relations officer will be required to evaluate and submit a response that helps facilitate a relationship between the organization and the community. This portion will require a short media video.
Advocacy Plan- Each student will develop an advocacy campaign to help bring attention to a social justice issue facing their mock agency. Examples include legislation that could impact the agency’s service delivery, dispelling biased social locations of the clients or community served, addressing lack of legislative support, or a call of action for voter registration on behalf of the agency. Students will create a one-page infographic, one Tiktok style video, and the creation of a public forum or civil dissent activity.
Grant- Students will present a summary of their grant to a panel of community members. The summary should be completed in PowerPoint and addresses the statement of the problem, goals and objectives, method, evaluation, and budget.
You are only required to create THREE(3) PERT CHART, NOT COMPLETE THE ASSIGNMENT.

Overview
For the project in this course, you will examine a specific issue or event that is related to wellness and how it impacts individuals and society. You will demonstrate your ability to think critically, investigate, and communicate clearly.
For this assignment, you will finalize your choice of topic and begin to collect the required elements for your analysis. This assignment requires you to gather reliable evidence from varied sources and use them to introduce your topic effectively. All these elements will prepare you to complete the project, where you will need to use evidence to support your points. Completing this activity will result in a draft of the topic description section of your project.
Directions
For this activity, you will write a short paper introducing a wellness topic of your choice. You may use the topic that you worked with in the previous activity or choose a new topic now that you have reflected further. Review the module resources and the instructor feedback you received on the previous activity. Then, if needed, visit the library for guidance on how to select and narrow a topic. If you are selecting a new topic, do some preliminary research to ensure that you can address each of the required elements of your project. Please remember that you will not be able to change your topic after the end of this module.
You should begin to gather the sources you will integrate into your project. These sources will include two resources from the module resource sections of this course and two resources that you find through your own research using the Shapiro Library. It may be beneficial to identify more than the number of sources required for the project so that you can eventually choose the most useful and credible ones.
Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:
Integrate reliable evidence from varied sources throughout your paper to support your analysis.
It is important to draw from a more diverse pool of perspectives from varied sources to support the analysis. This is different from the Citations and Attributions rubric criterion.
Reliable evidence from varied sources should be interwoven throughout the paper itself, while citing and attributing sources will be represented as APA in-text citations and a reference list at the end of your work.
You will be evaluated on both criteria.
Describe a social or global issue or event that is related to the issues of wellness. Include information such as the origin of the issue and what it is about.
What main points should you include about your topic? What other details are needed to ensure a thorough description?
Describe a population significant to your topic. Include information such as demographics, cultural practices, social identity, and key challenges.
Examples could include a population who is directly impacted by the topic, a group that works with those people directly impacted, or a group that has strong feelings about the topic.
Assess how society impacts the chosen issue or event.
What examples clearly illustrate how the larger global society has impacted the issue or event?
Explain your choice of general education interdisciplinary lens for analyzing your topic.
What made you choose one lens over the others? Was it an easy decision? Why or why not?
Construct a thesis statement that combines your topic, population, societal situation, and choice of general education interdisciplinary lens.
Your thesis statement should clearly and concisely state the relationships between your topic, population, cultural situation, and lens. It acts as a hypothesis proposing how these elements will work together during your critical analysis.
What to Submit
Submit your short paper as a 1- to 2-page Microsoft Word document with double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, and one-inch margins. Sources should be cited according to APA style.
