1)Create a Plan of Action to analyze the problem in your regulatory compliance issue. 
2)Your Plan of Action is simply stating the steps you will follow to analyze and determine the root cause of the problem at hand.  Your plan should state which quality tools apply most directly to your problem.
3)Some examples of commonly used tools include:  Fishbone Diagram, the 5 Whys analysis, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA):, DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control)
4) Create 3 quality tools using information about their scenario.  Include the filled-out quality tools in the Appendix of your paper.   Analyze the tools and draw conclusions
5) Use your research from the literature about similar types of problems and how they were solved to support conclusions of the root cause you found. The most probable root cause that led to the contamination of the ultrasound gels was inadequate or ineffective procedures being employed during product testing

Instructions
Your organization has created a task force consisting of several new managers. They are charged with exploring the impact of technology adoption within your organization and providing recommendations to the Ethics Committee for guidelines they will develop. This task force is part of your organization’s approach to succession planning and identifying high performing managers to fast-track to expanded leadership responsibilities, so you have a big responsibility to prepare the task force for success. Using the NCU poster template located in this week’s resources, create an engaging and informative poster presentation for the task force as part of their kick-off retreat to inform them of the role of the Ethics Committee and emerging issues related to technology adoption (i.e., mobile devices, patient portals, telemedicine/telehealth, artificial intelligence (AI) systems). You will address the role of the Ethics Committee and a minimum of two specific legal and ethical implications, including relevant regulatory guidelines, for at least three types of technology in your poster presentation.

Introduction
This week, I want you to think about what nutrition is, and to then assess your current nutritional habits. This will provide insight and guidance as we move forward in the class in tracking our nutrition.
Your Task

Describe one monitoring or listening system change to mitigate risk on the most probable root cause(s) to ensure the problem would be detected sooner (ideally, before it impacts a customer/participant/stakeholder). Some examples are a new metric or sensor or perhaps a new procedure to track defects or complaints. The next capstone on Control will delve more deeply into this topic but you need to start to think about it here.
Fully describe 3 examples of the changes that you would implement, such as policies and procedures you have created or training you have conducted.
Create ONE of the 3 examples to demonstrate change and improvement. Include this in an appendix.
Create a plan of action for addressing the most probable root cause(s). Some of your actions in the plan may be corrections or corrective actions.
Develop a communication plan to include communication internally and externally and respond to the government agencies responsible for the enforcement action.
Describe how you would implement correction(s) and corrective action plans. What actions would you take first, second, third and so on? Start to think about how you would be sure your solutions are working.
