Judicial Activism. Using the information learned in this class
and in conjunction with your selected policy area of interest, write an Analytic Paper to explore
what has been the single most significant change to constitutional order from “original intent” to
the present public policy status that affects your selected policy area. This assignment requires
you to develop an original research question and explain the importance of your research
question to the current understanding of your policy area.

This assignment has two parts. Also, the assignment is due on Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024 before midnight.
Part 1: Identify ( LIST 3-4) the ways in which the individual or nuclear household is classified as presented in the Lecture.
