RESEARCH PAPER: ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHY ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS
OVERVIEW
You will identify a problem within the field of human resource management in today’s public
administration, as such detailing the problem and the background on the issue. In support of the
Research Paper: Final Assignment, you will submit an Annotated Bibliography.
INSTRUCTIONS
 Use at least 15 references, written in the last five years, (in current APA format to include
a title page and citations) that you plan on using for the research.
 Each annotation must be at least 200 words and succinctly surmise, analyze and assess
each annotation.
 Allow approximately 65 words for the surmise, 65 words for the analysis, and 65 words
for each assessment.
 Each reference must include a summary, analysis, and assessment.
 This paper must be a minimum of 12 double-spaced pages of content, not counting title
page, abstract, or references.
Note: Your assignment will be checked for originality via the Turnitin plagiarism tool.

Write a one-page summary of the policy, including the purpose, the context of the problem, and any recommendations or suggestions from the policy to address the problem. (Use your summary skills to keep this to one page.)
Identify all the stakeholders, official and unofficial, along with any interest groups involved with your policy.
Describe the role and function of each of the stakeholders you identified.
Of the list of stakeholders you identified, pick two and describe the political influence of each stakeholder, explaining motives, conflicts, interrelationships, and impacts on the policy.
Include at least four peer-reviewed references (no more than five years old) from material outside the textbook. Note: Appropriate peer-reviewed references include scholarly articles and governmental websites. Analyze the impact of the intergovernmental functions and roles associated with public policy formulation and implementation in the United States.

Almost daily there are stories in the news about new regulations and the process by which these regulations are enacted. Keep in mind that regulations are primary vehicles by which agencies implement specific laws and general agency objectives. What is the role of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA)? As you read, consider where the authority to issue regulations originates. OIRA’s role in the federal rulemaking process has been highly controversial in presidential administrations.

Focusing on the regulatory process, research the Internet and watch a local or national news program. Consider any story you find from this week that pertains to the regulatory process.

If any regulatory governance is mentioned in the UK I will be asking for the paper to be redone again FULLY
If mentions an example of an accountability challenge in Ireland do go into detail but I do not want to spot long paragraphs, as this will also lead to the paper having to be redone.

This, however, is NOT to be cited throughout the whole essay and can only be used once or twice.
English in the essay must be EXCEPTIONAL, I am requesting a professional essay after all.
Footnotes and bibliography are required and shall be in the form of the OCSOLA method, which I am also providing a file on below so you can go off that. If this is not completed properly I shall also expect the paper to be edited to the correct format.
