Hi,  I have attached the vendor evaluation matrix that you will use in the final report. You will list the name of the fictional hospital or ambulatory clinic at the top followed by the vendors that you be evaluating. You will need to list your requirements on the left side of the matrix. It comes pre-populated with some requirements which you can use, but you only need to list your top 10-15 requirements. Then weigh each vendor on the requirements with a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the highest rating. Then total up the scores and you can use this as part of your decision making process for the recommendation.

One more thing for you for the final project
Please go to https://klasresearch.com/ and request a free account. This site can help you in the evaluation of your vendors. This site is known to be the leader in reviews for acute and ambulatory vendors. Please log on and see the different vendors and modules that they offer and how they rate compared to others.
Use chapter 7 as your guide I attached in page 146. Follow the steps in page 146 from the book. Tell the story as a narrative. Who are you? Whats your role? What health system hired you.
Students are required to submit a minimum  eight-page research project at the end of the semester. The topic is that you are an information technology consultant and have been hired to evaluate the vendor information system alternatives and select a new healthcare information system for a hospital, clinical department or other provider entity. You will prepare a consulting report on analyzing current systems and providing needs analysis. You will evaluate potential vendors and provide a recommendation for a new system.
A special project is required as follows:
Consider that you are an information technology consultant. You have been hired to evaluate the vendor information system alternatives and select a new healthcare information system for a hospital, clinical department or other provider entity. You will prepare a consulting report that includes the following:
1. Situation Analysis. Describe the “real” or hypothetical work environment, provider objectives and current information systems configuration as well as any unmet needs or issues. What current clinical systems does the hospital or ambulatory clinic have? What are their pain points with the current setup?
2. Functional Requirements. List or otherwise characterize the key functional requirements to be met by a new or upgraded health information system.
3. Evaluate Vendor Alternatives. Describe and evaluate two to four vendor alternatives. Indicate pros, cons for each alternative. You must evaluate real vendors ex. Epic, Allscripts, Meditech
4. Provisional Recommendation. Given the information available to you, what are you recommending to your client? Options may include upgrading the current system or implementing a new enterprise-wide clinical system. Be specific and indicate your rationales for your recommendation.
5. A table comparing features of the vendor alternatives
6. A graphic representation depicting the workflow of one department in your fictional hospital.
*Define the process that you will be taking to make a decision. For example, you as the project manager with be forming a steering committee, have vendor demonstration days etc. Use the steps defined in  in Chapter 7 as your guide.

BUS670: Week 5 The EEOC and Filing a Charge of Discrimination Transcript
Describe the facts of the case and the type of discrimination or violation of employment law that occurred.
Use the EEOC’s Discrimination by TypeLinks to an external site. webpage to briefly define the type of discrimination or violation of employment law that occurred. For example, if an employee were discriminated against because of their age, you would provide a concise explanation of what age discrimination is.
Discuss how the business organization in the case could have avoided adverse legal action. Consider both legal and ethical solutions.
Guided Response: Respond to at least two of your peers’ posts (and any comments made by your instructor) in a substantive manner and provide information or concepts they may not have considered. Each response should have a minimum of 100 words. Support your position by using information from the week’s readings. You are encouraged to post your required replies earlier in the week to promote more meaningful and interactive discourse in this discussion forum. Continue to monitor the discussion forum until Day 7 and respond with robust dialogue to anyone who replies to your initial post.

Prior to beginning work on this discussion forum, review Chapters 22 to 26 of the textbook and research the employment laws for the state that you reside in. These can usually be found on your state’s Department of Labor website (visit the U.S. Department of Labor State Labor OfficesLinks to an external site. webpage if needed for a list of these).
Federal law provides the primary source of regulations that apply to employee rights, wages, benefits, and working conditions. Another major source of employment law comes from state law. While states must follow federal law, each state has its own set of laws relating to fair employment and workplace safety. However, these protections can vary greatly from state to state, as some are more “worker-friendly” than others.
Some states may also offer worker protections through a Human Rights Office. Then address the following questions:
Briefly describe additional employment laws or rights that your state has in addition to federal law.
Discuss whether you believe the employment laws in your state provide more benefit to workers or businesses. Explain why. To support your answer, you may need to compare the employment rights in your state to a state which has different laws.
In your opinion, are state employment laws necessary to provide fair working conditions (wages, benefits, safe environment, etc.) for employees? Or do these regulations create an undue burden on employers? Explain your answer.

The purpose of this assignment is to practice an important aspect of the writing process: to synthesize the information from a scholarly article and draw meaningful connections to future implications.
First, select an industry with which you are familiar and in which you intended to have your future career, such as health care, marketing, retail, technology, etc. Consider an organization or position you might be interested in. The industry you select in this assignment will be the focus for the remaining writing assignments in this course.
Once you have made your selection, refer to the article “How Do Consumers Reconcile Positive and Negative CSR-Related Information to Form an Ethical Brand Perception? A Mixed Method Inquiry” as well as the guidelines for writing, located in the topic Resources. Then address the prompts below in a 750-1,000-word paper:
Summarize the article including paraphrasing the article, the research problem, questions, method, findings, and conclusions discussed by the authors.
Discuss how the findings and conclusions of this article would impact the industry or organization you have identified for your future career.
Reminder: This is an academic exercise that should not be written in first person. This is an APA paper that includes a separate title page and a reference page.
Download and review the “Article Review” example, found directly below the assignment instructions under “Attachments,” for guidance on completing this assignment. Note: You must download this example document, “Article Review,” not view it in your browser, in order to view all of the information in the document.
Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
This assignment uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.
You are required to submit this assignment to LopesWrite. A link to the LopesWrite technical support articles is located in Class Resources if you need assistance.
