I found an article online (https://www.health.com/erythritol-heart-disease-risk-7229462) that was talking about how erythritol may be causing heart problems and I thought I would use it as my ‘gas lighting’ in my paper. My argument (even though this a research paper) is that as a nurse I like to educate my diabetic patients to healthier choices and sugar free candys and even baking erythritol sugar is recommended to help keep blood sugars low and stable which in turn help prevent heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. I want to focus on the benefits of the sweetener to rebuttal the statement made by the online website. I have a file that explains what is needed in the paper and I also have my own articles I’d like to use in as references to the paper. Hopefully this all works because I’ve never done this before. I’ve also included an example of how the paper should be laid out.

For this assignment there’s mention of a google site in the instructions. It has to be attached to a gmail account so I’ll do that part myself based off of the annotated bibliography you create for me. I chose 10 pages but there is no page amount listed as it will be my site that I turn in. However, the example annotated bibliography that I’ve attached for your reference, used about 10 pages, not including the references pages to outline 3 sites per 4 categories. So if it’s more or less it’s fine as long as there’s a total of 12 sites with annotations. Again, thank you for all your hard work. You’re a life saver.

Illness Narrative Paper: Total possible points: 20
The purpose of the illness narrative is to interview a person living with a chronic illness, research the illness, and compare the individual’s perspective of living with their chronic illness to research of the pathophysiology.
Paper Directions & Requirements:
Section 1: Introduction (1 paragraph)
• Introduce the client with basic demographics, i.e. age, gender, race. (Use initials to protect the identity of the client.)
• Identify the chronic disease the client is living with.
• Include a purpose statement that explains what the paper will cover.
Section 2: Research
• Succinctly and accurately describe the following topics related to the chronic illness using research: pathophysiology of your client’s chronic illness (1 page or less.)
