Hello — please see the instructions below to fulfill the order. Please see the attached tables and survey results
Distribute the surveys in the field. In the process of distributing the surveys, students should take note of any questions or issues that may occur in the field. This information might be very helpful later on when we develop the conclusion section of your paper.
Put aside any incomplete surveys. Bring them to class for me to tell you what to do with them. (this is called editing the data)
Number all of the surveys that you have collected. (This is called coding the data in research).
Remember to label all of the fields and enter the data off the survey in excel (See example in the attachment)
Once students have entered all of the responses they should save it and have the data ready for the teleconference on how to apply the statistical tests. We will be applying the following statistical tests to the data: Descriiptive Statistics, Linear Regression and hypothesis testing (t-test two samples, unequal variances)
Students may use the data in the attachment to complete this assignment if they have not yet gotten approval or distributed the survey. This exercise will allow them to practice for their own survey data. This data in the attachment can only be used for training purposes any other use must be authorized by the professor. Again, Students should use the data that was provided to them if they have been unable to collect their own surveys by the due date and complete the first analysis, the descriiptive data analysis. Students should perform the first statistical test and develop a table to showcase the results, in addition to explaining the results from the table. Review the example below:
Assignment: Discuss the results under the table. Ask yourself? What is the data telling you? Remember to discuss without any personal pronouns. Label each table and provide rich discussion for each labeled and named table in your assignment (you must get approval for the survey before your distribution of it)
Here are my variables and questions:

To the writer, this paper should be professionally written, free of grammatical and sentence structure errors, and checked for plagiarism. No book reference is required, but a good and solid written report. The instructor has provided the instructions below. (In the event you may require my information to reference here, I am engineer while also attending Rice University MBA program).

Instruction. Below is a link to a 1-page case. Some of you may have seen this case in a previous class, I sometimes use it when I teach Ethical Leadership. In addition to the ethical problem that this case presents, it also presents a group conflict. As is true in so many situations where the company needs to change in response to changing environments, there are many stakeholders and points of view represented here. It is an ethical problem, a change management problem, an emotional issue, and a political issue as well. If you were asked as an outsider to help with this problem, given the potential interventions described in Chapter 10, what would you do? Keep in mind that we were still dealing with Covid at the time, so suggesting a ropes course or other common team building exercise would be a highly fraught recommendation. This is an exercise in not just applying techniques described in the reading, but also recognizing that some of the things the book recommends were not actionable at the time. So how would you modify the techniques to suit the conditions?

Use the suggested discussion questions below as a way to start your dialogue, and then join your peers in the discussion. What is the difference between traditional command-and-control management and David Marquet’s approach?
So, “who is the Captain” in David Marquet’s model of leadership?
How applicable do you feel Marquet’s approach is to the corporate environment? Non-profit organizations?
What role do questions play in Marquet’s model?
How realistic are Marquet’s ideas?
You should also provide references to the course material, formatted appropriately using APA style.

Describe the differences between mega, macro, and micro needs assessment, and which you feel would be most useful in your organization and why. You can also discuss how the three types are intertwined. Keep your response brief, no more than a paragraph or two.
Question 2: Describe how you would use a mega assessment, macro, or micro assessment in your organization as a lead-up to change. And what considerations should a leader include as they prepare for change in order to avoid what Stroh terms as “fixes that backfire,” or other problems related to insufficient assessment.

This assignment requires each student to read and review the various assigned readings (articles, book chapters, etc.) per class session and write a synopsis of the readings. The rationale for this type of assignment is to promote conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and practical application. A good synopsis encompasses an overview and synthesis of the key concepts, themes and/or issues in the readings and explication of those key concepts and/or issues. Logical presentation of the concepts and/or issues is expected. Each synopsis should end with some implications/applications for policy and practice at a local, state or national context. Basically, the structure should consist of an overview paragraph that embraces all the themes and concepts in the readings. The subsequent paragraphs will expatiate on the identified themes and concepts (synthesis is key). There should be a concluding paragraph which summarizes your take on the readings and it should be followed by another paragraph-which is implications/applications to a local, state, national and/or international context(s). At least, a page and half (single-space). See syllabus/course module for the assigned chapters/article.

The instructor will identify cases for students to analyze and propose workable

The instructor will identify cases for students to analyze and propose workable interventions based on established best practices. Essentially, students are expected to formulate solutions to social policy issues/problems within local/state government federal government context with leadership implications. The proposed intervention should include optional courses of action/recommendations and an optimal course of action/recommendation. Overall, the analysis should be sound and cogent, thus helping the reader to know what the problem is, what possibly caused it and what can be done to resolve the problem with leadership as the critical variable. The best analysis assumes some conceptual perspective with attendant practical application.
Case for Your Response: There is the general assertion that cluelessness is on the ascendancy when it comes to public managers. “The primary source of cluelessness is not personality or IQ but a failure to make sense of complex circumstances.” What Interventions Would You Propose to Help Address Cluelessness Among Public Managers/Leaders to Enable Effective Tackling of Complex Public Problems? Use the assignment description above and rubric in the syllabus as guides to help frame your response. Endeavor to start your response by creating/establishing a contextualizing background/introduction prior to proposing your interventions/solutions. Also, include summary/or concluding thoughts at the end. Use relevant academic and/or professional sources to support your response.

Hello — please read the professor’s instructions to me regarding the attached Lit. Review and make the necessary correction.
Winston I recommend that you clearly label each variable that is being addressed including your “Y” variable. You must clearly identify what is being addressed with labelling of the variable. You must have two academic journals for each X variable address. Your review of Pretrial… did not have any citations. You must consistently use two academic journals (different journals) for the address of each X variable and three different academic journals for your Y variable. Winston you have clearly conducted a great deal of review and provided good content but you must consistently cite your sources in APA and provide clear reference to the authors and the studies that you are referring to with consistent references in the body of the work. I suggest that you clearly label the variables with identifiers. Example X1 Stress. X2 Productivity, Review each address to make sure that you have included the author’s and researchers in each address and make sure that the Y variable is addressed with three secondary sources. The Variable must be clearly labeled The Y and X’s Each Variable must have be addressed with TWO academic journals and the Y variable by THREE secondary sources. The paper must be properly cited in APA with clear references. The paper was not cited properly.
Thanks.

Assignment Overview
The objective of this assignment is to assess your degree of mastery of the Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) by demonstrating that you can apply and integrate the key course concepts in a real-world context. Begin this paper by identifying an organization and its climate providing the context surrounding the problem and ensuing decision. Provide a concise explanation of why it is a problem and what will happen if nothing changes? What are the potential opportunities/benefits of change? Following this, develop your paper to discuss your decision-making analysis of this problem as it relates to the first two steps of the rational decision-making process. Within each of the before mentioned areas be sure to include examination of the following:
Assignment Criteria
Overview (suggested length – one page)
Give a comprehensive introduction to the organization so that the reader has all necessary context to determine the effectiveness of your ultimate decision. Include the mission/values/vision of the organization for use later in the process. Conclude this section with a preview of the remaining sections of the paper.
Decision-Making Steps 1 & 2 Analysis (suggested length – two pages)
Rational Decision-Making Process – Describe the first two steps of the rational decision-making process as it applies to the identified problem. Be sure to include:
Defining the problem, in a single sentence (problem statement) being careful to avoid the common errors of:
Defining in absolute terms (either/or, yes/no)
Defining the problem in terms of the proposed solution
Missing a bigger problem
Diagnosing the problem in terms of its symptoms
Identifying the criteria
List and describe each relevant criterion
Mitigating Bias (suggested length – one page)
Identify and illustrate a single heuristic or bias that could negatively impact the decision-making process. Remember that any discussion of heuristic/bias should include a definition, application, and mitigation.
Ethical and Spiritual Analysis (suggested length – one page)
Reflect on the decision-making process, and evaluate the fairness of the decision-making process. Asses the repercussions of the decision on individuals, the organization, and the primary stakeholders or end-users.
Reflect on personal faith and ethical values, consider: is your decision aligned with the faith integration topics for this course? If so, how? If not, how? How do you think that your personal faith, values, and personal code of ethics informed your decision-making process?
Remember
Support assertions throughout your paper with the class sources and other additional sources as appropriate. Students should anticipate that this paper will be approximately 10 pages in length and APA formatted (Level I/II headings should suffice). Suggestion: Use the above subtitles in bold as headings for your paper. This will serve as an outline/guide for you and assist the reader following your thoughts.
