You have realized that one of your key project resources is not qualified to be a member of your team. You have worked with this resource in previous projects. The resource is very popular with the team and your project sponsor. Explain how you will handle breaking the news to your team and the project sponsor.

Overview:
Over the past eight modules, you identified and examined an organization (Wounded Warrior Project) through the lens of the Cynefin framework and the Baldrige Excellence Framework. You are intimately familiar with your organization’s characteristics and fit for purpose. Based on everything you have learned so far, you have likely developed some strong ideas of how change should work in your organization. Recall that in Module 1, you developed a white paper on a change theory and reflected on the difference between a change theory and a Theory of Change.
You will now develop a Theory of Change for your organization.
Start by reviewing course resources on developing a Theory of Change, especially:
Figure 1: Steps in developing a Theory of Change (Pringle & Thomas, 2019, p. 3)
Figure 1: Final product of pathway mapping (Anderson, 2009, p. 4)
Example: Project Superwoman: A Theory of Change diagram (Anderson, 2009, p. 32)
Figure 1: Initial action framework: Community learning opportunities project example (Anderson, 2004, p. 9)
Figure 2: Elm Harbor outcomes framework example (Anderson, 2004, p. 12)
Then, synthesize organizational activities into a visual Theory of Change for your organization.
Requirements:
– format as a one-page diagram
– clearly illustrate the ultimate outcome (the change you want to happen)
– illustrate the flow between outcomes/preconditions
– illustrate how specific interventions support these outcomes
– illustrate key assumptions and barriers that you considered
– Strive for clarity, simplicity, and coherence (you can test the logical flow by placing the phrase “in order for this to happen” between your outcomes).

Read Chapter 6 of the workbook “Becoming a Resonant Leader.” (See attached)
Complete all of the exercises in the chapter.
You will now begin to turn your desires from awareness into action. Compose a reflection blog in the form of a letter to yourself. In the letter, briefly state your personal vision and list at least three learning goals, three milestones for each goal, action steps for each milestone, and list key people who will support you to achieve the learning goals.

For your discussion post, select something about yourself that you wish to change. Using the four steps of change (transformation) that Grundl describes in the video:
– Describe what you wish to change (being hyper-critical of myself).
– How will you change?
– Then, share what you believe you are meant to do in life.
Are you a burning glass or watering can?
