This theory is based upon the idea that power is an attribute of the relationship not just the traits of the individuals involved. This theory suggests that power exists when two persons share common goals and are mutually dependent upon each other to achieve these goals.

The graph is steep for the first 9 days, then it spreads. The highest day to respond was recorded at 9 days with a frequency of 16. It can be concluded that the graph is skewed-right so if the data set’s lower bounds are extremely low relative to the rest of the data, this will cause the data to skew right. Most of the outliers are present on the right side of the distribution.
