Part 1: Literature Review
In this portion of the paper, you will conduct a literature review of the major studies of servant leadership. Note that every line in a literature review must be properly cited.
 You must cite 15 scholarly, peer-reviewed journal articles in your literature review section.
 Based upon this literature review, you must develop the major criteria of servant leadership behavior.
 You may include as part of your criteria a brief summary from your individual Biblical Integration Project.
 This part is to be three pages, 12 pt. Times New Roman font, double-spaced, and in the APA current edition.
Part 2 Leadership Interview
You can interview a leader or make up questions and answer yourself as the leader. Please review part 2 instructions and in all requirements.
Part 2 Compare and Contrast: Please read the instructions and include all requirements.
Paper must be 9 pages, not including the title page, abstract page, and reference page.
Paper must be in APA format and use scholarly tone.
Use 15 scholarly, peer-reviewed journal articles and the required course reading and presentation. The course book to reference is Blanchard, K. & Broadwell, R. (Eds.). (2018). This is a two-part paper: In Part 1, using the model on page 173, Figure 9.1, The Change Agent Compass, you will create a plan to make an organizational change. This change can be within your organization or department, or with an association to which you belong. It can be changing a process or a methodology, a training program, or a mindset/culture. Be sure to define your key stakeholders and who you consider your ‘client’. You will also include how it will affect the individuals involved and the organization as a whole. Because the leader’s knowledge, abilities, and skills are essential to a successful change, include those in your analysis.
Part 2, will be your reflection: Now that you have laid out your plan, where are there gaps in your thinking? What could go wrong that you have not thought about? The paper should be on an Employee Resource Group for the Company General Dynamics Land Systems. This is a new Group designed to help military veterans. It started on NOV 10, and we provided over $2400 (giftcards from Kroger and a barbeque company) in donations for Thanksgiving meals. Attached is a brief slide of the group (i will attach it tomorrow.) . It is located in Sterling Heights, MI.

This assignment will help you synthesize your values and beliefs about work to help “clear a path” for the choices you will make throughout your career trajectory. A career trajectory can look like an upside down “V,” a bell or a staircase (Ashe-Edmunds, n.d.). It is the path your jobs and relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities take as you move through and make choices about your career (including choices about the development of new knowledge, skills, and abilities).

For this assignment, you will write a thesis statement with supporting claims about your overall beliefs about work. The thesis statement should include reasons for your position with supporting evidence from materials covered so far in this course or previous leadership courses. Look at what you have been putting into your discussion threads and listing on your vocation map. You are basically turning all of that into a fluid articulation of thoughts. Make your claims (a single statement of opinion or fact), and then give some explanation as to why you think/believe that in relation to your work plan/life.
Make your Teaching Statement brief and well written. 1-2 pages in length
Use a narrative, first-person approach.
Make it specific rather than abstract. Ground/Support your ideas in 1-2 concrete examples, whether experienced or anticipated. This will help the reader and you to better imagine yourself in that position.
Be sincere and unique and humble. Mean what you say.
Revise. Philosophies of work should evolve with you. As you gain more experience both with work and with people, your philosophy will likely adjust to better reflect your current state.
The Philosophy of Work Thesis should include:
Title
No grammar or misspellings
Introductory paragraph with clearly articulated thesis statement
2-3 claims for your claims/reasons for your beliefs about work with supporting evidence
Each claim should be clearly organized into separate paragraphs
Concluding paragraph re-framing each argument and connecting them back to the thesis statement and introduction
