Needs second set of eyes to catch where citations are missing. Grammar errors. Where I can make it sound more professional and references that aren’t correct

Students must select a human service delivery agency and write a 6 to 8 page paper on the agency and the population it serves. The paper will address the model of service delivery and the impact that the current social, political, and environmental factors are having and have had on the agency’s ability to deliver services. This paper will require some extensive research on policy, legislation, and laws as they pertain to human service delivery.
At a minimum the paper will address the following:
Historical overview of the agency (why and how the agency developed)
Service(s) that the agency provides
Client population
Method/Model of delivery
Policies, Legislation, or Laws (past present and possible pending future polices, legislation, and laws) and their affect on the agency (whether positive or negative)
The paper must be written in APA format with a title page, abstract and reference page. The paper must contain a minimum of 5 sources. Please utilize scholarly journals or books. Only 1 source may be a website. This paper must be 6-8 pages in length.

Descriiption of a Marginalized Population in my Future Work Setting
Provide a descriiption of a marginalized population you are likely to work with in your desired future work setting. This descriiption may include employment statistics about this group, an overview of cultural variables, and/or a discussion of the ways in which this group has been marginalized in the United States, for example.

Factors Influencing Their Career Development and Access to Decent Work
In this section, describe specific limitations in career development or access to decent work for you chosen population. This might include anything from segregation in poverty stricken neighborhoods, poor school districts, or biased attitudes about their ability to adequately perform certain job duties (e.g., negative attitudes about a woman’s ability to head a large corporation).

Conclusion
Summarize the key points from your post. Perhaps offer a brief statement about how you plan to address some of the factors you discuss in your future role as a counselor.

The Advocacy Section
This week, students will apply the MSJCC Advocacy Competencies to prevention programming in local communities.
The discussion assignment should address all of the following components.
Identify barriers to addressing the target problem at the institutional, community, and public policy level. More simply, what stops your social problem from being addressed at each of the three levels?
Identify one advocacy action to address the target problem at each level (institutional, community, and public policy). This will be three advocacy actions in total – one for each level.
Explain why each advocacy action might be effective for your concern, population, and community.
Be sure to support your work with relevant literature AND the weekly resources.
Remember, per the rubric, discussion posts demonstrate that students can apply, reflect, and synthesize concepts. It is also important that students integrate many of the general principles, ideas, and skills presented in the weekly resources. Moreover, the discussion should demonstrate insight related to changes in student awareness, understanding, and knowledge.

Develop an advocacy statement that addresses the importance of diversity and advocacy as it relates to career counseling. When creating your advocacy statement, be sure to address the key components of advocacy, including a discussion of how you might advocate for clients and students across micro, meso, and macro levels of society. Much like a theoretical orientation statement, your goal is to describe your commitment to social change and advocacy for all clients and students in a fair and safe manner.
Note: Your advocacy statement should be one to two paragraphs in length. A meaningful statement requires more than a simple sentence stating your beliefs or aspirations. Your advocacy statement should be a tool to begin dialogue between you and your clients/students to explain the ways you work in your role as a counselor to address the needs of clients/students who may be marginalized on the basis of some aspect of their social identity.
Describe how your clients or students might be challenged by various sociocultural factors on their career development. Then, in 2-3 pages,
Describe three culturally sensitive ways in which you might apply career development theories while also addressing these socioculural factors.
Include specific advocacy strategies to address the client’s/student’s needs at the appropriate levels.

Client: Sarah, 17 years old
Social Worker: Jane Doe, Counselor
Agency: Community Youth Counseling Services
Presenting Problem: Sarah, a 17-year-old high school senior, has been referred to Jane, a social worker, by her school counselor due to increasing anxiety and depressive symptoms. Sarah has a history of trauma, including parental abuse and neglect. She is living with her aunt, who has legal guardianship over her. Sarah has not shared these issues with her aunt and is hesitant to involve her in any way.
Initial Session
During the first session, Sarah expresses a deep distrust of adults, citing her traumatic experiences with her parents. She is resistant to the idea of anyone outside of the counseling office knowing about her situation, specifically stating that she does not want her aunt to be informed about her sessions. Sarah is adamant about keeping her counseling private, but she is also a minor, and her aunt has the legal right to be informed about her treatment.
Sarah also reveals some distressing details about her mental health, including recent suicidal ideation, though she states she has no current plan to harm herself. She seeks help but fears that her aunt may be overbearing or punitive if she finds out about her emotional struggles.
The Ethical Dilemma
