Compare and contrast the Democratic and the Republican parties. Identify at least three (3) ideological differences between the parties. What do the parties represent, what do they stand for?

Define, examine, and evaluate the Democrats’ and the Republicans’ platform/agenda current agenda. What is the Democrats’ agenda, and likewise for the Republicans, what do they hope to accomplish, and what are their major issues and concerns? Listen to the news, read newspapers, explore various websites, and determine how both the Democrats and Republicans are aiming to achieve their goals over the course of the next several years.

Of the items chosen in question #2 above, select any (3) three items/issues that specifically will have an impact on the area of human services. From your perspective, what potential impact will it have on the country if the proposed agendas are implemented or are carried out?
What can be done to engage more people in the process? To actually make the process more of a government for the people, by the people.

Conclude the paper by stating your feelings on this entire process. Including….In your opinion, are the parties on point and have a good handle on what is important to the masses, the majority of people in the country? What do you feel are the most important issues and why? Are the issues and concerns you have being addressed? If not, what other issues/concerns need to be addressed?

I. Problem Statement
• Describe how, with close discussion with your field supervisor, you identified a potential need. What is the need?
• Why is this need important for the organization to address?
• What will happen to the organization if this need is ignored? What evidence do you currently have that this is a critical need?

II. Literature Review (Asylum Seekers and their families)

• Review some of the literature that has been published about your identified need. Attempt to review critical works that contribute to your understanding of the need.
• Identify a minimum of 5- scholarly works that have attempted to discuss this need in the past. For each:
 What was the specific need/problem that the author discussed?
 What were the major points the author tried to communicate about this need/problem?
 What can you specifically learn from the author that can be used to address your own “organizational need”? What can you adapt? In what ways is this author’s work not helpful?
 Attempt to synthesize the material to demonstrate the continuities, strengths and shortcomings of the existing literature. Position how your own project will contribute to this body of work
 Describe the role of using research to establish the need. You may discuss material from your text.

Select an agency, identify an interview a program manager, who is responsible for the volunteer component of this agency. Use the questions I will be attaching for the interview. Write an introduction to the needs assessment. after learning about the program conclude a SWOT analysis of the program strength. Include a conclusion which reflects your personal perspective on the agency and it’s volunteer program. Make sure to have a minimum of three resources, must integrate the interview in the paper. Make sure to have The number of references. Make sure to use APA formatting. Include the names of person interviewed, date of interview, telephone number, and email information in the page. Make sure to use all the other details that I will be attaching.

Write an essay (250 words—one page, double spaced) summarizing your overall field experience.
Be sure to:
Include how your cooperating teacher is able to provide Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports while moving students forward academically.
Include the importance of providing children with a quality of life which is clearly connected to self-determination.
Include the behavior management plans at the secondary level (15% of the students) and tertiary level (5% of the students) in order to reduce and/or replace challenging behaviors observed in the classroom.
Include if the school has a primary behavior model that supports 80% of the students to behave appropriately during the traditional school day.
My overall experience is the teacher exuded classroom etique with professional performance the teacher did lack classroom control but she was extremely patient with the children. The teacher . She was very handsons with all students as well as the teacher did have a teachers assistant. She was a new teacher and this was her first year teaching. I do not feel the school provides the primary behavior model that supports 80% of student behavior. From my experience the school curiculum is fine but the students does not seem to be learning on grade level . I assest 2nd grade students and from my observations the majority of the class was on a pre k level due to a few of thekidswere not able to read nor articulate a complete sentence on paper.
