Chapter seven has provided a lot of information discussing effective training programs in the workplace. You have been hired by Willoughby Enterprises to conduct a training session to 100 local HR managers on how to create an effective training program. This project will address SLO 1, SLO 5, and CLO 1.
Project Requirements
Your task is to create a presentation that you would present to the HR managers and submit it to CEO Willoughby to approve before you give the presentation at the HR conference. I have attached the PowerPoint Presentation rubric as it will demonstrate how the presentation will be graded. You can use PowerPoint or any other presentation software.
