The topic I chose was In-N-Out so make sure to write about In-N-Out.
We’ve covered what talent management is and how it relates to culture and experience, and we’ve completed deep dives into key areas within talent management. You’ve also been looking at a “real-world” example of one organization’s approach to these topics. Your final paper is an opportunity to bring all of this together into a fully synthesized analysis of one organization’s approach to integrating talent management in order to showcase your breadth of understanding and application of the concepts we have studied.
Key Practices Across Talent Management
Next, you will enumerate the organization’s execution of talent management in at least two of the areas we have studied; these are:
Culture and belonging
Competency models
Workforce planning
Career development
Leadership development
Employee engagement survey
In each area of practice you choose to cover, you are expected to capture the way that the company infuses (or does not infuse) an inclusionary lens into that practice (for instance, how diverse candidates are sourced into the pipeline, or how the succession plan is ensured to be equitable across genders), as an important through-line in talent management. If you are unable to find information about inclusion in a particular practice, then please include your point of view of how the organization could do this ideally within the practices that they have established.
Critical Assessment and Recommendations
After reviewing four practice areas, critically assess the organization’s talent management approach as an integrated whole, using at least one of the measures or scorecards discussed in week 9, and how their practices impact (positively or negatively) their business operations and outcomes. Make recommendations to either further their success or address the issue(s) you have identified. As part of this section, revisit the hypothesis you formulated in week 2 about your organization’s approach to talent management– were you right or wrong in your initial assessment?
Hi! Make sure to follow all the instructions!
I added my previous essay so that you can refer to them. But please follow the instructions for the assignment.

This week the focus is on compensation strategies. This is a very important first step of designing any compensation system and one that is actually utilized within the human resources community. It is not only a way to communicate with employees and candidates around how you intend to pay. It is an important tool to ensure that management is on the same page around compensation and benefit costs.
Q Case Study Compensation Philosophy: Using the Q Case Study that is attached. Please write a compensation statement for Managed by Q and then looking at how this philosophy impacts their financial performance, competitive advantage, recruitment, etc. Please consider all the stakeholders who are impacted and how their particular approach impacts these different view points.
1. Utilizing the case study and additional information found via research (minimum three additional resources), present an academic analysis of Managed by Q’s strategic compensation philosophy, its impact on the profitability of the organization, and any competitive advantage this strategy creates (please utilize data to support your conclusion). Must be 5-6 pages plus cover and reference.
Some pay philosophies examples are attached.

Below is the list of potential problems or situations from which you can select, choose one to research for your final project:
Rollout of a change management initiative.
