The sources have already been provided in the attachment, as well as the thesis introduction (topic, etc.) BASED ON THE SOURCES I PROVIDED, write the literature review. Strictly follow the rules below:
Literature Review (definitions of main topic, identification of ‘key’ authors, themes, previous research, etc.)
Purpose: To provide a systematic critical evaluation of the research and literature that is DIRECTLY RELEVANT TO YOUR OBJECTIVES. It is NOT an essay that describes everything you have ever read about the vague subject you are looking at.
Structure may vary depending on what you are looking at and whether one of your objectives will be met within the review
1) Start with a paragraph or two that introduces the reader to the area of research
2) Quickly move onto discussing key theoretical frameworks relevant to your topic area. Describe them concisely AND THEN EVALUATE each.
3) This discussion should provide a clear rationale for the specific framework(s) YOU are using.
4) You should make it clear why you have chosen particular frameworks by discussing their strengths and relevance. But you must also demonstrate you are aware of weaknesses AND be clear about how you have dealt with those/why they are not too important
5) A key component of a literature review is to critically review RESEARCH and literature that is directly relevant to each of your objectives in turn. You need to describe and evaluate what has been done by other people so as to provide a context for your study and findings (in the discussion section you will go on to talk about what you have found in relation to these other studies).
6) There is a temptation to describe what has been written in text books. DO NOT!
7) DO place more emphasis on RESEARCH (what did they do, what did they find, what did they conclude, what were the limitations of that research?)
8) The key is to evaluate throughout. Question what others have written and be sure to point out the limitations of the research you discuss.
9) You can assume that the markers have a certain level of knowledge, so you don’t have to go into basics. However, you must not make statements or present points WITHOUT evidence. ALWAYS provide evidence (in the form of research findings along with a correct citation).

Select one diagnostic model to apply to the two chosen companies. Choose the model that you feel best identifies and measures the relevant aspects of the organization’s performance.
Apply the data obtained in your research through an analysis of the appropriate chosen model. This will allow you to create a diagnosis of where each company is today (as per the criteria of the model).
Create a SWOT analysis for each of the two chosen companies’ change plans and programs, utilizing information obtained in the diagnosis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats).
Compare the two company analyses to each other and offer your perspective (value judgment) of the effectiveness of the changes made to date in each case.
Identify potential areas of resistance that may occur and at least one strategy to respond to each. (This will most likely come from your weaknesses and threats section of your SWOT. If not, take another look at your SWOT.)
Make recommendations for further actions within the organizations and the rationale chosen for these recommendations.
Write the paper, including each of the above sections and analyses.

THESIS TOPICS
A Thesis is unlike any other paper written over the course of a Master’s program. In writing a thesis, the student is adding to the body of knowledge in the field. As such, a student’s thesis topic should be honed to a particular research proposition that contributes to the profession in the form of evaluating one of the following areas:
a topic that has been heavily researched over the years but still poses timely and topical debate (e.g., The Efficacy of Unions in the 21st Century Workplace);
a topic that is continually changing, such as legal issues in HR; or
a topic that is fairly new, such as E-cruiting or motivating millennials or Gen Z
During the course of the MAHRM Program, a student may have resonated with one or more areas of HR: Recruitment, Selection, Training, Development, Compensation, Benefits, Legal Aspects, Labor Unions, Organizational Development, or others. Following are a sampling of thesis topics:
Selecting Top Talent: Is E-Recruiting Working?
Inclusion in the Workplace: Redesigning Diversity Training
From Baby Boomers to Generation Z: Valuing the Contributions of all Generations of Employees
Motivating Millennials and Gen Z: Creating New Compensation Plans
Succession Planning: The Transfer of Institutional Knowledge from Baby Boomers to Millennials
Gender Pay Inequity: Why Does it Still Exist and What Are We Doing to Combat It?
Open Office Spaces at Work: A Solution to Feelings of Isolation or Adding to the Problem?

Additional Assignment Guidance:
Your paper should be a minimum of 7 pages in APA format (excluding title page and references) but encouraged use the number of pages needed to complete your assignment and address each of the elements effectively. To assist you in developing your assignment, you might find the attached template helpful.
DO NOT include an abstract
Submit your work as an MS WORD ATTACHMENT ONLY in either a .doc, .docx, or .rtf format.
Please use 3rd person; however, you can use first-person perspective where applicable and appropriate, i.e. describing your own role, distinguishing from your point of view and others, or writing is reflective or contains personal elements.

Currently looking for a skilled and experienced HRM writer with many years of handling Master’s/PHD dissertation to do a brainstorm/do an initial proposal together on current HRM dissertation topics in the context of Singapore MNCs – Quantitative Approach with SPSS Experience. This is likely going to be very rigourous and would require working hand-in-hand and updates from each other should the topic and proposal seem feasible which would lead into the full dissertation.
I am currently exploring into the idea of factors influencing employees’ decisions to leave their current workplace in Singapore MNCs (as I am restricted by a few companies for data sampling), albeit slightly hesitant that the topic it might seem not “unique” enough. I would require assistance to explore current trends on what topic might be interesting to look into for HRM in Singapore for doing quantitative surveys on employees before giving an overview into the aims and gap – Or proceed on with this current rough idea but do a deep-dive into existing literature to come up with the research aims and literature gaps (most important factors) before giving a brief idea on how to proceed with the questionnaire.
I expect to work collaboratively and would prefer frequent updates as there are some time constraints on this and it would be best to avoid redoing large chunks of work. Thank you and I look forward to working together.
