Access and read the “Letter of Intent” on the USDA website, located in the Topic Resources, then evaluate the effectiveness of this letter of intent in 200-250 words. To analyze this letter, identify the main rhetorical appeals. You might also consider these questions: How did the writer show the proposed program was a fit with the sponsor? Did the needs statement give context, scope and justification? Were the organization’s credentials clearly stated? How clear was the instrument of purpose? Was the writing well-edited? What were the biggest strengths of this letter of intent? What were the biggest weaknesses?

Share the title of the short fiction piece you are working with for this week’s assignment. Describe at least two aspects of the text that you will be focusing on in this week’s teaching PowerPoint assignment. The fiction piece is the Yellow Wallpaper.

Read “The Story of an Hour” and the Close Reading Analysis of the story (found in Course Materials). Based on your prior work and ENG-505 and the analysis offered, provide your view of which theoretical interpretation of the story is most relevant and use additional quotes from the text to support that analysis.

Create a complete lesson plan based on one of the theme activities using the provided template. Submit both the written theme plan and lesson plan. This lesson plan activity will be used to create your teaching video.
2) Final Lesson Presentation Video Assignment
Present the activity from their developed lesson plan theme activities to a virtual “class” via video that promotes healthy lifestyles for children based on the learning content for the semester.
