When an industry is faced with a problem, the resolution process often involves multiple stakeholders. Before the FAA changes or updates a regulation, for example, it often solicits information and feedback from those in the industry. This allows for a thorough examination of the underlying cause for the change and the potential impact of the resolution on those who will be responsible for carrying it out.
In research, this is accomplished via literature reviews. By reviewing the literature, trends rise to the surface. The elements that contribute to the problem are more easily identified, as well as potential solutions for mitigating the problem in the future. It also provides background information such as how long the problem has plagued the industry and why it is necessary to address it.
Title Page.
Abstract (leave blank for now).
Introduction: A brief overview of what you are researching, why, and an overview of your research process (including the main topics you will review). This should be approximately one paragraph.
Background: Describe what led to the problem, explain the extent of the problem, and why it is necessary to research and resolve the problem. This should be 2-3 paragraphs.
Literature Review: Provide historical background on the area you are researching, provide a contemporary context in which your research is situated, identify any trends in the literature related to your problem, identifies gaps in the literature, draw conclusions based on the literature (what we know about the problem). This should be 2-3 pages.

Just to clarify this not one day assignment, this assignment required a lot of critical thinking and good calculations and someone who have experience in the aviation industry to able to write the assignment in the correct way so please don’t waste your time and my time if you are not familiar with aviation industry and these type of assignments.
Please follow the exact guidelines as per the word document!

Comments from Customer
The Name of the airline is AYDA Airways and the route is from HK to Beijing . We just have to imagine building up the airline . And the Homebase is HK.
The assignment is to plan your own airline , and how you are going to function it .there are all the questions , it should be answered with some explanation.
Thank you

Describe all possible flight hazards that could be encountered by the pilot of a small general aviation (Skybrary) (Links to an external site.) aircraft that:
A) takes off or lands during the time frame of the passage of a cold front at the airfield
B) flies directly through a cold front

For this activity, you will prepare a Pecha Kucha answering the following questions:Small white plane with a blue background and the words Pecha Kucha at the bottom.
1. Consider that you have a series circuit containing a 12-volt battery and 50 ohm, 80 ohm, and 100 ohm resistors. What is the total amount of resistance in the circuit? Show your work.
2. What is the total current flow in problem 1? Show your work.
3. If the 80 ohm resistor fails, will the 50 ohm and 100 ohm resistor continue to operate? Why or why not?
4. What would the total amount of resistance be if the resistors in question 1 were in a parallel circuit? Show your work.
5. Calculate the total resistance for the following circuit: Show your work.
A series parallel combination circuit.
6. Describe and explain one advantage and one disadvantage of a series circuit used on an aircraft.
7. Describe and explain one advantage and one disadvantage of a parallel circuit used on an aircraft.
8. Describe and explain one advantage and one disadvantage of a series-parallel circuit used on an aircraft.
9. Describe and explain the use of DC circuits on an aircraft. What applications are best suited for DC circuits?
Be creative and think how you can incorporate visual aids to add to your presentation!
This assignment uses a modified 10×20 Pecha Kucha approach, requiring a brief 10 slide presentation with 20 seconds of discussion per slide either in audio or caption format. Refer to the Pecha Kucha Evaluation Rubric to make sure that you understand the requirements for your submission. See Activity 1.3 – Pecha Kucha: Introduction for all additional Pecha Kucha-related support

Turnitin for Student Activity
Your paper will automatically be evaluated through Turnitin when you submit your assignment in this activity. Your answer will be scored on completeness, correctness, clarity, and conciseness, and the degree of synthesis and application of the related concepts, not on how many words it contains. More is not necessarily better!

Crew Resource Management (CRM) was born from a recommendation from the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), after United Airlines Flight 173 crashed after fuel exhaustion while the crew was distracted with an inoperative landing gear light. Ever since then, CRM is constantly changing and getting better with training. How do you define CRM in your own words? Why is it important? Can it be used outside of the cockpit in a non-crew environment?Crew Resource Management Edited by Barbara G. Kanki, José Anca, Thomas R. Chidester

This week’s module assignment has two parts. Be sure to show all of your work and scan or save as a PDF.
Part 1
The first part of this module week’s assignment is to choose and research an airport of interest. This can be an airfield near you or an interesting place you always wanted to explore further. The important thing is that it should have some regular weather reporting capability, in order to enable your research.
For your research, you can utilize the official FAA Airport/Facility Directory or any suitable and available online flight planning software, such as AOPA Airports (Links to an external site.) or Skyvector Aeronautical Charts. (Links to an external site.) AOPA’s flight planning tool has the advantage of directly depicting current weather as well.
For weather information, you can use the official National Weather Service’s Aviation Weather Center/NOAA (Links to an external site.) or any other available flight planning tool.

Part 2
In the second part of this module’s assignment, we will take a closer look at the speeds involved. Let’s assume the given 150 kts lift-off speed was the indicated value in the cockpit, i.e. the Indicated Airspeed [KIAS]

Directions Watch the entire YouTube Video (43 minutes) on Safety Culture – Is There Such a Thing as Aviation Safety Culture?, by World Aviation Safety Summit. Within the first several minutes of the video Stuart Hayman says there is no such thing as a safety culture and only organizational culture. Do you think that there can be 2 separate cultures or not? Make sure to defend your position in a 2-3 page paper with references supporting your claim. What do you think it takes to change a safety culture? Submit this assignment to the dropbox “Assignment 02.1: Safety Culture.” This assignment is worth 40 points and will be graded according to the scoring guide below. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0TEQj1GNY3I
