I want to ask if I requested the thesis with academic writing does it also include the calculation of the results to the experiment that i have done?
My thesis is about type 2 diabetes specifically about diabetic nephropathy
complications.
It is believed that inflammation is a big part of that disease
specifically macrophage and its cytokines MCP-1.
On the other hand, vitamin D is also known for its immunomodulatory action.
I have done an experiment, where I tested the effect of vitamin D on
diabetic RAW 264.7 cell line to see the effect on cytokines level.
I want you to analyze the data as well as write the result part together
with the discussion.
