Pick one of the three (3) policy areas you identified in the first week of class, that you have not
used in a writing assignment in this class thus far. Using the information learned in this class
and in conjunction with your selected policy area of interest, write an Analytic Paper to explore
how the policy/law landscape of the country has changed philosophically from what was
intended (“original intent”) as a result of amendment, interpretation, and court decisions to affect
your selected policy area. This assignment requires the development of an original research
question and explain the importance of your research question to the current understanding of
your policy area
