Think about an experience you have had while on a team and write a paper about the positive or negative experience as it relates to what was covered in chapter 15 and the lecture notes.  This can be a work team, a sports team, or even a club you have been or are in.  Use the end of chapter “Building Management Skills” questions as a guide of what you must discuss.
Follow APA rules for format and style of writing.  Since this is a personal experience the use of the first person tense is allowed.  Please do not identify people by name in the paper.
