Part I of your assignment does not include the excel matrix for weighted and unweighted that was provided in course resources. This is a required item. Also, your part two does not cover each od the areas below as noted in the instructions:

Goal of Decision – What is the overall goal and why?
Decision Statement
Purpose, Scope, and Perspective – How did you frame this statement?
Four Objectives – Of the 6, why these?
