Fixing 7 tabs on the main TOC page, which one tab that take you an index page with more 30 tabs

It′s an interactive playbook, notebook, Manuel on powerpoint. The first page is the title which is done, second page is the introduction, objective, the navigation page. Third page is the Table of contentment that has 7 section that needs to rename the tabs based on sections. When you hit the tab of a section; it will take you to an index page of section with 30 more tabs of numbers for sub-sections. When You hit the number, it will take you to a placeholder for job aid.

I need help with renaming the tabs on TOC and making link to index page. The making number tabs on indexing page to make subsections then taking you to job aid( which is a placeholder for now)
