Students will be asked to propose an evaluation design to test an intervention at their practice experience or other familiar organization. The proposed evaluation design should include:
(1) WHO IS THE COMMUNITY OR POPULATION OF INTEREST? A brief review of available demographic and baseline data or other relevant empirical data to demonstrate an understanding of the needs and characteristics of the population as they relate to the program. These should correspond with the outputs and outcomes that will ultimately be evaluated and help inform the feasibility of the evaluation objectives. (1 page);
(4) HOW WILL YOU EVALUATE THE PROGRAM? Provide a desсrіption and justification of the proposed design and methods (data collection methods, sources and plans for analysis). Be sure to address the reliability and validity of measures you propose to use and the strengths and weaknesses of each design component (3 pages, must be mixed method and include both process and outcome components);
(5) LOGIC MODEL: Provide a full program logic model that highlights the evaluative components that will be measured. This is NOT a logic model of the evaluation plan, but should contain sufficient detail about the outputs, outcomes and impacts. The measurement of these components should be clear and easy to understand. (1 page);
(6) HOW WILL YOU SHARE THE RESULTS? Provide a dissemination and community/organization utilization plan with details that are specific to the interested parties and that address the decision needs of the evaluation users (1 page);
(7) GIVE EXAMPLES OF HOW YOU MIGHT DISPLAY THE FINDINGS: Provide sample data visualizations with fake data that will be used to display results (2 pages); The inclusion of sample charts/graphs is done for the purpose of demonstrating skill or technique. It should be made clear that they are illustrative and not “actual” findings. They should be clearly associated with the main evaluation questions.
(8) ATTACHMENTS: Include an addendum of sample instruments/data collection tools or other information relevant to your proposal.
The paper in its entirety should be written as a PROPOSAL, with the intent to demonstrate good planning skills and competence. The full paper should be 10-11 pages and double-spaced, not including the cover page, reference list, and attachments.
Please make sure that all references (peer reviews, journals, etc…) and other are accessible.
Please only focuses on HIV stigma reduction.
Only use local data. Specifically, Tarrant County data (Texas) the broad you can go is only at the state level (only Texas) but please try to use as much Tarrant County data as you can.
Try to answer the question: How the program is helping these youth to overcome stigma and stay in care?
The program evaluation paper attached is the start of the entire paper and has 5 pages. Work with the information on this paper and add on please. As for the logic model, I just tried to give you an idea but feel free to reorganize it for it to be logical and meet the instruction. the pdf is just a reference to help you with the paper.
you are technically writing 5 pages only
