Proposed Solution
Poses a solution to the problem (application of an existing guideline/protocol or poses a new
protocol, guideline, educational tool, article).
Addresses the evidence-based practice attributes involved in application (i.e. research findings,
identified patient preference, and clinical practice knowledge) which support or preclude the
implementation in the population of interest.
States patient populations that will be included and excluded or system specific issues related to
solution integration.
Identifies any needs for inter/intra-disciplinary collaboration that must take place prior to integration
in practice.
