The PDP should be structured as follows:
Part 1
Critically analyse and reflect on your organisational experience of HRM and management to date. Based on your experience, and based on what you have learned from the first three weeks of the module, describe your personal interpretation of the role of HRM.
Part 2
Drawing on your personal interpretation and vision of the HRM role, outline your personal career goal(s).
Part 3
Create an action plan identifying three specific objectives which you will achieve over the course of your programme of study. For each objective, make sure that it:
Relates to at least one of your career goals
Identifies specific actions that you will take to achieve it
Identifies necessary resources required (what, who, where)
How you will measure and evaluate success
Target dates for achieving
Style, sources and referencing
Your paper should be written in appropriate academic style and language. It should draw on and reference to appropriate academic sources in parts 1 and 2.
