beliefs, religion, sexual orientation, communication styles, and other
differences. Considering the textbook concepts on managing a diverse

What is the diversity stance of the company you selected from the Approved Company list?
If
you were starting a business that required you to hire new personnel,
would diversity be a priority? How important would it be to you on a

Avis Budget is a diverse
workforce. “They have an ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion
as it is their motivation to improve diverse representation across full
functions in the business” (Avis, 1). If I was starting a business that
required me to hire new personnel, I would consider diversity a
priority. Diversity would be my top of the list amongst other
considerations because having diversity it not only allows us to learn
different work ethics but also allows us to think differently. Many
people are close minded thus not allowing the work environment grow as a
