Assume the role of a forensic psychology consultant tasked with conducting a needs assessment in order to recommend community engagement strategies for a police department.
Write a 3- to 4-page paper that addresses the following:
Based on your completed Needs Assessment Template document, identity three areas of need you intend to address in your recommendations.
For each of the three areas, design an evidence-based community engagement strategy to address it.
For each of your three strategies, identify a potential challenge and consider how you might address that challenge.
Use this week’s Learning Resources, as well as the five or more recent (within the last 10 years), peer-reviewed articles you identified to support your Assignment. Use proper APA format and style for all references and citations.
