The data includes measures of some demographics, and the workers’ perceptions about the compassion they see at work, job satisfaction, and thriving at work. So, there are three latent variables operationally defined and measured with the scales. come up with a research question for my thesis paper and make ether a mediation and moderation model (what works best) and write why its better
