I have written an introduction building on which the essay needs to be written.
The cases and readings have to be used to explain why there is a crisis in the global political economy.
The crisis will be the developing countries not having as much say in that global political economy as compared to the developed countries such as the US, and Europe and how they get to set the standards that suit them.
I will provide a layout for how the essay has to be written
Using the Joel P. Trachtman reading (number 3 in essential readings) shown in the document, explain how a constitution exists or should be formed to increase equity and fairness between these countries.

I have attached two documents. One is the coursework specifications which outlines how the essay is supposed to be written and the second one is the essay introduction and more information that I have given to which I need the writer to add body to the essay.
