The paper should propose the most effective specific solution(s) to solve a global issue, based on the complexity of the issue and what organizations and governments are already doing. Argue for the humanitarian and human rights components of your problem. Focus on international organizations and what they are already doing and explain how they can help any one country or region improve. Consider all sides of the pros and cons of your solution ideas.
One introduction paragraph with a thesis statement at the end of that paragraph, a couple of solutions with in-text citations (MLA 9 format), and a conclusion paragraph including all solutions.
