This is a financial accounting 460 class ( Real Estate Finance and Investment).
For this Real Estate Financing and Closing project, everything is complete and I need a help on the Memo part only. I uploaded an excel file that has all answers to be used in Memo. The second file has all the instructions of how to complete this Memo. The writing should be professional, concise and comprehensive and formatted as a business memo.
